About Me

My name is Madison Kalvert (she/they) and I am a grant writer and fundraising consultant with experience supporting education, human service, healthcare, arts, and social justice focused nonprofit organizations. I worked for five years in Development and Institutional Giving Management roles before launching Madison Kalvert LLC in 2024. I have extensive experience in grant writing, individual and corporate fundraising, event planning, community engagement, database management, and graphic design.

Since launching my business, I have been proud to secure over $7.5 million in grant dollars for primarily small and mid-sized organizations in New Mexico, California, and Texas.

I am a passionate advocate of Community Centric and Asset Based fundraising practices, with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

When not mobilizing resources in my community, I can be found drinking tea and petting cute dogs around Albuquerque.
